Key Responsibilities: • Assist in managing daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll. • Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Help maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial data and support budgeting efforts. • Participate in audits and assist with documentation and reporting. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred but not required. • 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial management. • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. $89,444 - $91,447 depending on experience Note:
