Join CAREonsite as an EMT or Paramedic – Make an Impact Every Day! CAREonsite , a division of
Tang & Company , provides
occupational medical services nationwide . We are looking for
highly motivated Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and Paramedics
with strong
clinical, computer, and multi-tasking skills
to join our team. As a
CAREonsite EMT/Paramedic , you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of workers by providing
basic first aid through life-saving medical care . This position offers a dynamic mix of
clinical and field work , where you may be
part of a team or working independently . Schedule & Pay: Schedule :
Mon, Wed, Thur, and some Saturdays. 0700-1730 with a 30 min lunch. Pay Range:
$25-$30 / hr What You’ll Do: Respond quickly and effectively
to on-site medical emergencies. Provide first aid and medical care
in compliance with federal, state, local, and company policies. Assess injuries and illnesses
to determine the necessary course of action. Communicate effectively
with medical professionals and treatment facilities for further instructions. Engage with clients and site personnel
regarding workplace incidents and potential hazards. Stay aware of the constantly changing worksite environment
to identify and mitigate risks. Maintain high clinical standards
and ensure all care provided meets quality guidelines. Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments. Assist Site Safety Managers
in promoting a safe and secure work environment. What We’re Looking For: Active EMT or Paramedic license
in the applicable state. Current BLS certification. At least 2 years of experience
in an
emergency setting
(e.g., ER department or 911 ambulance service). 911 experience is required. Ability to
work independently
and make critical decisions under pressure. Strong
communication and teamwork
skills. Additional Requirement: Our primary functions as an Occupational Health Technician include but are not limited to taking patient vitals, conducting and recording patient interviews, performing examinations, assisting medical providers during examinations, conducting respiratory fit tests, inspecting medical supplies to ensure quantities are adequate for patient care, and office duties.
