The Role: Contract Recruiter (3-Month Term, immediate start preferred)
SuperOrdinary is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our HR team for a 3-month engagement. This is a high-impact role focused on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring critical talent for our innovative businesses, primarily supporting our TikTok and Fanfix business units.If you excel at driving results in a fast-moving environment and have a strong background recruiting for e-commerce, marketing, social media, or the creator economy space, this is the perfect role for you!
This role is hybrid, in our Beverly Hills office 4 days/week.
Responsibilities:
As our dedicated Contract Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of low-to-mid-level roles essential for the continued growth of SuperOrdinary's TikTok and Fanfix businesses.
- Sourcing & Strategy: Develop and execute sharp, effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates, with a focus on quick placement and efficiency.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the entire recruitment pipeline, including conducting intake meetings with hiring managers, conducting robust candidate screening, presenting top candidates, coordinating hiring manager interviews, and managing the offer process.
- Talent Specialization: Your recruiting efforts will be concentrated on filling roles in key business areas, including:
- Social Media
- Creator Economy
- E-commerce
- Content Production
- Live streaming
- Efficiency & Partnership: Act as a results-oriented talent acquisition partner, providing market data to hiring managers and driving an accelerated, high-quality hiring process to meet urgent business needs.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting, preferably within the e-commerce, tech, media, or agency sectors.
- Domain Expertise: Direct experience hiring for positions related to social media, content production, and e-commerce preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and negotiate effectively.
- Work Style: A proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented mindset, capable of managing a heavy requisition load and meeting aggressive hiring timelines.
- Tools: Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Compensation: Up to $40/hour, 40 hours/week
