Rapport, a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group, focuses on guest and employee services, meeting and event planning, and conference center management. Job Summary The Welcome Experience Ambassador is the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm, professional atmosphere. Located on the reception floor and in all public areas, the ambassador greets and directs guests, assists during visits, and upholds all security and safety procedures.

Compensation & Benefits Salary: $25–$30 per hour. Other forms of compensation are available as part of the Ambassador program.

Job Responsibilities

Provide high‑level internal and external customer support.

Greet employees and visitors, welcoming them with a smile and maintaining eye contact.

Meet, greet, and escort all VIP guests.

Ensure guests are delighted and satisfied during their arrival, stay, and departure.

Optimize daily workspace occupancy and assist with day‑of space reservations using an online tool.

Assist with guest services: wayfinding, checking coats and luggage, etc.

Handle daily signage requirements for guest wayfinding.

Maintain building visitor list by managing the access badge process for employees and visitors.

Follow all security, fire, health, and safety guidelines.

Collaborate with facilities, local technology, and other workplace departments to ensure a high‑quality experience for all guests.

Work closely with the Workplace team, providing supplemental support as necessary.

Prepare and maintain the lobby area daily, aligning all furniture for a welcoming look.

Restock supplies daily throughout the reception areas.

Speak knowledgeably about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest.

Provide general travel support (arranging transportation, providing directions, etc.).

Respond to inquiries and anticipate customer needs.Maintain a strong awareness of business activity and communicate all updates with your team members.

Meet or exceed company initiatives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive the company's operational goals.

Conduct opening and closing walkthroughs when business requires.

Provide general administrative support.

Perform other duties as assigned.
