We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir’s implementation teams to support and strengthen partnerships with Palantir's client user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, test and troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may include embedding with users across the world as well as coordinating with Palantir team members in our offices. You will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Responsibilities

Provide desk-side training to analysts. Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting. Embed with user groups to deeply understand workflows. Proactively develop relationships with users at customer sites and surface use case gaps. Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions. Remain current and up to date on latest platform features and capabilities. Staff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues. Provide timely and detailed feedback to the Palantir engineering team about the product. Consistently communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team. Qualifications

U.S. citizenship as required by U.S. Government contract Secret clearance eligibility as required by U.S. Government contract Prior experience with Palantir platforms (e.g., Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Gaia); recent and in-depth hands-on experience preferred Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience highly preferred Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders highly preferred Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, Microsoft Excel, as well as hardware, networks, and server administration Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time if needed EEO Commitment
