Job Responsibilities

Act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, influencing vision and technical direction for enterprise customers

Own the technical strategy for high-value deals, driving discovery, solution design, and value articulation

Lead engaging demonstrations and Proof of Value (POV) engagements that connect Outreach’s capabilities to business outcomes

Collaborate with Account Executives to craft winning strategies using various sales frameworks

Mentor and coach Solutions Consultants, providing guidance on demo execution and strategic selling

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience, with at least 3 years in SaaS enterprise environments

Proven success in leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influencing C‑suite alignment

Strong ability to diagnose complex customer environments and translate them into measurable solutions

Exceptional communication skills for facilitating executive conversations and delivering compelling demos

Deep understanding of data architecture, workflow automation, and AI‑driven sales processes

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Outreach AI Agents (Amplify, Kaia, Research Agent)

Experience creating internal assets, playbooks, or demo stories that are scalable

Proficiency in Demo2Win, MEDDPICC, and value‑based selling frameworks

Salesforce certifications
