We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor & Employment Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience for our Washington, DC office. You’ll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group. As an associate in the Labor & Employment Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. You Have
3 to 5 years of labor and employment litigation experience, ideally working on single-plaintiff matters, discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, wage-hour matters, or class and collective actions. The ability and drive to take responsibility for routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision. Intellectual curiosity, a willingness to think outside the box, and a knack for finding practical solutions to complex problems. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills required. Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. What We Provide

This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Washington, DC. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k). This position is based in Washington, DC 20001.
