Director of Community Relations (Sales and Marketing) – Brookmeadow at Cobb Corner, Stoughton, MA

Overview Brookmeadow at Cobb Corner is looking to add to our team of excellence, seeking an experienced and self-motivated Director of Community Relations who will be responsible for all sales and outreach activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the community’s sales and move-in goals, continuously maximizing occupancy. The Director develops meaningful relationships with residents, families, and community partners, plans and conducts presentations showcasing services and innovative programs, and ensures a smooth transition for new residents throughout the entire sales/move-in process.
Responsibilities

Plan and conduct presentations showcasing services and programs
Ensure a smooth transition for new residents throughout the sales/move-in process
Position the community as a leader in the Assisted Living industry and educate the greater community on aging and resident quality of life
Qualifications
Teamwork: Promote a positive team spirit and a culture of cooperation, openness, enthusiasm, customer service, and growth
Trustworthiness: Demonstrate responsibility and integrity with strong follow-through
Professionalism: Leadership, initiative, ability to handle pressure, respect, and strong project management
Communication: Clear, open communication, patience, tact, and positive energy
Technical Ability: Proficient with technology used to communicate with residents, families, and coworkers
Knowledge of Alzheimer’s Disease, dementias, and behavior management techniques
Commitment to Senior Living Residences’ Right Values
Schedule, Compensation, and Benefits Full Time salaried role: Monday-Friday, business hours with rotating manager-on-duty weekend rotation. Annual salary starting at $75,000, plus bonus structure.
