The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You'll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Key job responsibilities: Design, implement, and build complex, scalable, and secure GenAI and machine learning applications and models built on AWS tailored to customer needs. Provide technical guidance and implementation support throughout project delivery, focusing on AWS AI/ML services. Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective model training, building, and deployment strategies. Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies. Mentor, train, and create reusable artifacts within the organization. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of cloud-based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network, and operating system experience. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent. 4+ years of experience hosting and deploying GenAI/ML solutions (e.g., for training, fine‑tuning, and inference). 3+ years of coding, data querying languages (e.g., SQL), and scripting languages (e.g., Python). Preferred Qualifications: AWS Professional level certification. Experience scripting for automation (e.g., Python, Perl, Ruby). Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, or PhD. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Hands‑on experience with deep learning (e.g., CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer), machine learning, CV, GNN, or distributed training.
