Global Talent Brand Specialist Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. In this role, you’ll be part of the People Experience (PE) team, a cultural steward organization that creates programs and talent strategies impacting our teams’ experience.

Location: Orlando, Los Angeles – Del Rey, Redwood City, Vancouver. This is a 12‑month temporary assignment requiring hybrid work, with the expectation of working at one of our designated offices.

Description & Requirements Your role will focus on creating experiences that delight throughout the employee journey, from first impressions to hiring and beyond. You will create content that brings EA’s talent brand to life across the candidate and employee experience journey, ensuring our talent brand is carried across external channels like LinkedIn and CRM campaigns to our internal employee programs.

Responsibilities

Manage EA’s LinkedIn content calendar, including planning, posting, community engagement, and reporting

Create and coordinate EVP‑aligned content for recruiting, employee experience, and talent brand campaigns across internal and external channels

Partner with our design team to develop compelling, on‑brand assets and copy

Support storytelling and brand activation efforts by collaborating with partners across Studios, Talent Acquisition, People Experience, and Brand Communications & Impact

Manage editorial planning tools to track content, campaigns, and priorities

Collect and analyze performance metrics, summarizing insights to improve content effectiveness

Provide feedback and quality checks on partner‑developed content aligned with our talent brand and EVP

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in Employer Brand, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Experience writing and editing engaging content for social and digital platforms

Experience managing or supporting branded social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn), including scheduling and basic performance tracking

Familiarity with project management or content planning tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana, or equivalent)

Demonstrated experience managing multiple deliverables across channels, programs, and workstreams

Collaborative, proactive, and creative – comfortable working across teams and partners

Compensation & Benefits Pay ranges below represent expectations for the specified locations. Benefits offerings vary by region.

British Columbia – $75,900 – $105,600 CAD

California – $83,100 – $127,500 USD

Benefits: paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) (US). In British Columbia: vacation (3 weeks per year), 10 days sick time, extended health/dental/vision coverage, basic life insurance.
