Group Sales Manager role at Bishop's Lodge, Auberge Collection
Job Description The Group Sales Manager is responsible for driving group and travel agent business for Bishop’s Lodge within assigned territories, with a focus on corporate and incentive accounts. This role involves identifying, cultivating, and securing business opportunities through a variety of sales channels to achieve revenue goals while delivering the high-touch hospitality experience Bishop’s Lodge is known for.
Responsibilities
Generate business through inquiries, telemarketing, trade shows, sales trips, site visits/tours, and direct/email outreach in alignment with sales goals.
Conduct property tours and site visits for clients within assigned territories.
Manage client requests and support as reasonably assigned by the Director of Sales or General Manager.
Represent Bishop’s Lodge at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
Travel occasionally as needed to meet clients or attend sales events.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or Luxury Travel Advisor representing a luxury hotel, resort or travel agency
Ability to influence & build rapport with key stakeholders
Self-motivated with a competitive spirit to achieve goals
Excellent presentation & communication skills to be able to effectively represent the property
Ability to travel to attend trade shows, client meetings, local tourism meetings and other key events
Experience with Delphi/Salesforce system
