Our client, a well-established and growing organization, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their accounting team! This role offers exposure to leadership, opportunities for process improvement, and a clear path for advancement.
Salary : $85K - $95K + 10% bonus

Manage month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports. Support internal and external audit requests. Assist with process improvement and implementation of new accounting procedures. Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and other departments. Maintain and ensure compliance with accounting policies and controls. Support leadership with ad hoc financial projects and reporting. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA preferred (or in progress). 3-6 years of accounting experience, ideally in corporate or public accounting. Strong Excel and ERP system skills (NetSuite or SAP a plus). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant who thrives in a team-focused environment.
