Leasing Agent Opportunity
Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Leasing Agent to join our team at Redbud Twin Homes and Ridgeport Apartments in Wichita, KS! We are offering up to $18 / hr plus leasing bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and 80 hours of paid time off.
Monarch Investment & Management Group has been actively involved in commercial real estate investment since 1992. We currently manage over 75,000 apartment units in 22 states, making us the 8th largest multifamily owner in the country per NMHC (2024). In addition, Monarch's ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO.
Benefits for full time employees :
Hourly pay up to $18 / Hour
Excellent commission potential (Up to $75 per new lease)
Yearly raises up to 5%
401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a 3% matching component.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment / s and target apartments are acceptable for showing
Must be available Saturdays
Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where requiredMaintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and / or other outreach
Assists the Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
Preferably 1 years experience in leasing or property management
Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
