Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Leveraged Credit Research Analyst to join our Global Leveraged Credit team in Indianapolis. This role is ideal for candidates with 0‑5 years of experience who are eager to work closely with senior professionals in evaluating high‑yield bonds, leveraged loans, and private credit. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, gaining exposure to credit research as well as portfolio management and trading while contributing to the investment process.
Job Responsibilities
Work directly with senior sector analysts to generate and present investment recommendations grounded in proprietary fundamental credit research
Conduct due diligence by engaging with management teams, industry participants and competitors as well as sell‑side analysts
Develop and maintain financial models for covered companies
Monitor market themes and sector trends, and undertake ongoing surveillance of held investments
Assess business fundamentals, model financial results, and evaluate new investment opportunities
Present and debate investment ideas
Respond to client requests

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis
Genuine interest in financial markets and investing
Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Background in financial accounting, financial analysis or mathematics
CFA Charter‑holder or CFA candidate preferred
