Job Description Are you ready to take the wheel and drive success? The Title and Registration Specialist will be responsible for managing the title and registration process for our fleet. This person will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to vehicle titles and registrations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and governmental agencies.

Your Role

You assemble, maintain, and record information and assist with car control clerical tasks

You process MSO's (Manufacturer's Statement of Origin) and paperwork for vehicle registrations and renewals

You maintain license plate inventory and ensure proper processing of license plates to ensure we maximize credit and transfers (in applicable states)

You partner with vendors and branches to ensure timely processing of registrations and renewal and follow up with vendors on pending work

You validate invoices for payment and check data for accuracy, while revising errors

Your Skills Matter

Education: You have a high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred

Experience: You have a minimum of 2-3 years of title and registration experience

Technical Proficiency: You have knowledge of state‑specific title and registration regulations and are familiar with DMV procedures and systems. Certified notary preferred or willing to apply for Notary Public Commission for the state of Oklahoma

Soft Skills: You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, can effectively gather and analyze information from various sources to take appropriate action, and demonstrate keen attention to detail and analytical accuracy

Commitment to Excellence: You work well with cross‑functional teams and have an ability to analyze information and analytical skills
