Summary
We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic team in delivering high-quality patient care at our Med First Urgent Care clinic in Jacksonville NC. This role is vital in supporting our mission to provide comprehensive healthcare solutions, ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment and support. Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries Perform suturing and other critical procedures as required. Manage triage and prioritize patient needs in urgent situations. Utilize EMR systems effectively for documentation and patient management. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Educate patients on health management and preventive care strategies. Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Manage various types of wounds, including burns Qualifications
Master's degree in Nursing or a related field with appropriate certification as an Advanced Practice Provider. Proven experience in acute care, or emergency medicine. Proficiency with EMR systems, particularly Athena. Strong skills in patient assessment, triage, and suturing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
