How You’ll Shine The Housekeeping Inspector supports resort operations by maintaining and reporting all service and quality deficiencies that do not meet pre‑established standards. This role is responsible for the inspection and evaluation of guest units prior to occupancy to ensure established standards are met and exceeded to include cleanliness, inventory, and maintenance. The Housekeeping Inspector maintains records of inspections to be reviewed by management.

Responsibilities

Document unit inspections and assist Houseman with supplies and inventory replacement as needed by guests and owners.

Assist Housekeepers with cleaning rooms as needed due to time restraints.

Communicate with Rooms Control/Housekeeping Coordinator on room status.

What You’ll Bring

Ability to handle stress and work with a sense of urgency in a time‑sensitive, fast‑paced environment.

Basic English proficiency; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Two years of housekeeping experience.

Compensation Generally starting at $25.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
