Responsibilities
Participate in task groups that have multi-site and/or company-wide impact.
Develop and execute special projects that add value to the nursing center.
Observe or fully contribute in all aspects of leading a nursing center such as family conferences, team meetings, new employee orientation, clinical care conferences, financial and labor management meetings, and so forth.
Provide center leadership with regular support, feedback and information regarding current nursing center operations and suggestions for improvement.
CNA Certification Requirement: All AITs must complete a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) class during the program. Completion and validation of the CNA class is required before graduation from the program.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required.

Posted Salary Range USD $70,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.
