The Role: The Chief Communications & Culture Officer will serve as the guardian of SVCV’s global reputation and internal culture, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints while fostering an environment of innovation and excellence. This role demands a strategic leader who can shape public perception, manage crisis communications, and cultivate a high-performance culture across all verticals and geographies. Responsibilities
Develop and execute global communication strategies across luxury, media, retail, and hospitality verticals Lead all media relations, press outreach, and public positioning for SVCV and portfolio brands Manage crisis communications and reputation protection across 15+ jurisdictions Oversee internal communications and culture initiatives to ensure alignment with SVCV’s vision and values Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders Develop and enforce brand voice and messaging guidelines across all portfolio brands Partner with C-suite on investor communications and capital market messaging Measure and optimize communication effectiveness through KPIs and analytics Compensation
Base pay range: $250,000.00/yr - $500,000.00/yr Performance Bonus: $250K–$750K tied to reputation metrics, media impact, and culture initiatives Other: Housing allowance, relocation package, business-class travel, premium healthcare Ideal Candidate
3+ years in communications, public relations, or cultural leadership roles Proven track record managing global reputations for luxury or lifestyle brands Experience building and scaling high-performance cultures in rapid-growth environments Strong network of media relationships across fashion, business, and culture verticals Expertise in crisis management and reputation protection Fluency in multiple languages preferred Experience working with founder-led organizations highly valued Additional Benefits
