Low Voltage Cable Technician
We are seeking a motivated Low Voltage Cable Technician with hands‑on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing structured cabling systems across diverse environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data cabling, fiber optics, and surveillance systems.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot structured cabling systems (CAT6, fiber optic, coaxial, etc.)
Perform cable pulling, termination, and punchdown tasks
Run low voltage cabling in commercial buildings up to 2,000,000 sq ft
Drill through concrete walls and perform limited conduit work
Operate aerial lifts such as boom lifts and scissor lifts to access elevated work areas safely
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
Entry‑level to intermediate experience in low voltage cabling
Familiarity with CAT6 cabling, fiber optics, and surveillance systems
Ability to work in various environments and building types
Experience working on aerial lifts (boom and scissor lifts)
Industry certifications (e.g., BICSI, NEC, TIA/EIA) are a strong plus

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00–$35.00 /hr.
