IT Technical Support Engineer providing rotational, hands-on technical support and training for clinics. Responsible for ensuring timely resolution of tickets by the Tier 1 vendor and monitoring ticket trends by clinic. Travel to designated regional clinics as needed to support daily technical operations and customer relationship management related to technology infrastructure, issues, risks, mitigation plans, and clinic documentation. Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical support for clinics, including hardware/software support, new hires, equipment installation, and network-related tasks. Escalate and track tickets with the Tier 1 vendor to ensure timely resolution; monitor tickets by clinic and collaborate with the SD Corporate team to implement solutions. Travel to Lake Mary/Altamonte/Deland area clinics (up to 40 miles radius) as required; participate in weekly/bi-weekly site visits and emergency on-site travel if needed. Support culture of customer relationship management for the technology infrastructure, including issue documentation, risks and mitigation plans, and communication to IT groups for clinic needs to drive customer satisfaction. Work with network teams on tasks such as terminations, patch and panel layouts within closets, and remote support as needed. Utilize current tools and technologies: ManageEngine Desktop Central for imaging, Citrix, Imprivata, GlobalProtect VPN, DirectAccess VPN, Freshservice ticketing system. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred. Experience: 2-5 years Help Desk experience; proven ability to document ticket details to support knowledge-based article development for Tier 1. Certifications/Licenses: ITIL, Microsoft, MAC, Citrix, UniPrint (Desired). Valid state Driver's License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings; compliance with company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy. Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
