Job Description

Responsibilities

Set up safe work zones with proper equipment.

Communicate with your crew to keep everyone safe.

Control traffic flow.

Providing outstanding service and protection to customers

Receive continuous development and guidance.

Protect the company’s employees, customers, and assets against losses, injuries, and accidents through enforcement of safe work practices.

Develop relationships with internal and external customers to achieve goals and new business opportunities.

Become a subject matter expert in work zone setup/design and professional flagging.

Setting up safe work zones with proper equipment

Communicating with your crew to keep everyone safe.

Controlling traffic flow

Providing outstanding service and protection to customers

Receiving continuous development and guidance

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an outdoor labor setting, i.e., Traffic Control, Landscaping, Manufacturing, Construction, Utilities, Military, or Skilled Operator

2+ Years Traffic Control Experience / ATSSA Certificate

TMA Driver

TCS Certification Preferred

Familiarity with a client-based schedule

Valid state driver's license

Steel Toed or Composite Toed Boots

Comfortable standing 8-12 hours a day

Ability to lift 50-60 lbs.

Accustomed to working in all types of weather, and in traffic.

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a drug test.

Additional Information Minimum Requirements

Valid AZ Driver’s License with a motor vehicle report that meets company guidelines

Must be able to read and write English

Good Communication skills.

Competitive Hourly Pay $18.00
