What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with leadership and recruiters for hiring forecasts and strategic workforce planning
Conduct advanced candidate searches using various sourcing platforms, including Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter
Develop and manage talent pipelines for frequently hired and critical roles within a tech environment
Engage passive candidates through outreach, networking, and social media
Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (preferably Workday Recruiting)
What is Required (Qualifications)
Recruitment experience, preferably in an agency environment or a mix of agency and in‑house corporate recruitment
Strong passion for sourcing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with employees at all levels
Innovative and solution‑minded approach with experience managing stakeholders across multiple time zones
Resourceful and result‑oriented, with the ability to take initiative in a customer‑focused environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Fluency in additional languages such as French or Spanish is a plus
