We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager who will own a core area of ZRA, shaping the roadmap and driving execution to deliver best-in-market products.
About the Team Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) is transforming into a prominent Revenue Orchestration platform. The company empowers sellers and revenue leaders to convert interactions into measurable business outcomes. With a focus on innovation, ZRA delivers AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity and decision-making in revenue operations.
Responsibilities
Defining the roadmap for your area of ZRA, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals, while aligning with the overall product strategy
Driving end-to-end ownership: from market and customer discovery → to requirements/specs → to launch → to adoption and iteration
Operating as a strategic owner for your domain, identifying opportunities to differentiate ZRA in the revenue orchestration market
Partnering closely with engineering, design, Go-to Market, and CSM teams to deliver high-quality features on time
Championing AI-first workflows across conversation intelligence, coaching, deal insights, and agentic revenue orchestration
Engaging directly with customers (sellers, RevOps leaders, executives) to deeply understand workflows, challenges, and success metrics
Owning adoption, activation, and success KPIs for your product area, using data to drive prioritization and iteration
li> Monitoring market and performance-focused trends, ensuring ZRA is positioned to win in head-to-head evaluations
What we’re looking for
7–10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in revenue technology, sales enablement, or adjacent SaaS domains
Have success in defining and executing product roadmaps that drive measurable customer and business outcomes
Showcase a technical foundation with hands‑on experience in APIs, CRM integrations, and enterprise SaaS platforms
Specialize in building or scaling AI/ML‑powered products, ideally leveraging LLMs or agentic workflows
Possess a highly analytical and data‑driven mindset to translate insights into clear priorities and execution plans
Display customer empathy, with experience partnering directly with RevOps leaders, sales teams, and customer‑facing functions
Demonstrate ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, and Go‑to‑Market teams to deliver high‑impact solutions
Have success in creating intuitive admin and setup experiences that simplify complex data, permissions, or provisioning workflows; CRM integration experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Salary Range or On Target Earnings Minimum: $124,000.00
Maximum: $271,200.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
