Job Description: Epiq is seeking a true utility player to join our team. In this dual role you will provide both IT Support and Office Services Support to our prestigious law firm client. If you thrive in a professional environment and are seeking an opportunity to provide elevated concierge style customer service & support this is the role for you.

Essential Job Responsibilities

IT Support Functions (Primary):

Provide office support, including deskside assistance, conference room technology setup, and general IT services, with a positive, can-do approach. Assist with office moves, including disconnecting, reconnecting, and setting up equipment in new locations. Manage and maintain hardware inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely distribution. Monitor, maintain, and update the support ticket queue to ensure timely resolution of all requests. Perform routine hardware checks on printers, copiers, and other equipment. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues on desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and peripherals. Support hardware deployments, software installations, and equipment swaps. Respond to end user requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner. Communicate effectively with client staff and team members regarding timelines, updates, and challenges. Office Service Functions (Secondary):

Reception:

Work closely with the client's staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations as the first line of contact with client's visitors/onsite staff Utilize various PC systems for conference room reservations, hoteling, vendor check-ins, etc. Hospitality Services:

Provide excellent client service as the coordinator of the clients' conference rooms, supply rooms, and kitchens Ensure clients requests for the set-up and use of meeting rooms are managed accurately and proactively Assist with management and oversight of facility appliances at the direction of the OA, i.e. ice machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. Copy/Print Services:

Utilizing copiers devices for scan, copy and/or print, including tab/color paper inserting Monitor Distribution mailbox for incoming requests such as print/scanning jobs, binding requests, supply requests, shipping support, etc. Ensure all projects are properly produced and Quality Checked (QC'd) to Epiq's standard Supply Management:

Conduct weekly office supply & kitchen/breakroom inventory Order replacement supplies per client's procedures via Business Services Mail/Distribution Services:

Follow established guidelines and procedures for receiving, documenting, organizing, and mailing out client packages (i.e. FedEx, UK parcel deliveries, messenger services, etc.). Scan incoming mail/package content to users per client standards Qualifications & Characteristics

High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience (client-facing support preferred). Prior Tier 1 IT support with end users Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative, team-player mindset. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to lift 40 lbs or more and move equipment on carts up to 100 lbs. Comfortable with physical activity including walking, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Candidate will based in DTLA office but will be asked to travel to client's other office from time to time (Century City)

The Compensation range for this role is 24.15 to 28.44 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
