Primary Function of Position Reporting to the Manager of Endoluminal PMO, this role supports the coordination and execution of new market introduction and market development projects for the Endoluminal Business Unit. You will help align regulatory, clinical, commercial, market access, and engineering timelines to support timely product launches and successful commercialization strategies.
Your contributions will foster strong cross-functional communication and collaboration, and you'll play an important role in helping teams prioritize and implement strategic roadmaps.
This position benefits from experience in medical technology, new market introductions, and market access pathways. It also requires the ability to guide cross-functional projects and support their delivery within scope and budget. Familiarity with clinical evidence pathways, market access strategies, health economics, and project management is important, along with the ability to build alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate a portfolio of global expansion projects.
Support adherence to Design Control processes in accordance with relevant procedures.
Help scope, resource, and communicate complex Business Unit projects to reduce risk and support timely, budget-conscious delivery.
Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.
Provide clear updates on project status, timelines, and potential risks.
Collaborate closely with Clinical Affairs, Commercial, Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management, and Market Access & Health Economics teams to ensure inclusive input and representation.
Contribute to prioritization decisions through data and insights from current and past projects.
Offer constructive feedback to team members to support growth and alignment.
Use approved tools to streamline workflows and enable team success.
Serve as a key point-of-contact for stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications Required Skills and Experience
BS or equivalent work experience in a scientific field preferred.
8+ years of experience involved in the development and commercialization of products.
Comfortable with all aspects of global expansion projects, including regulatory clearance, clinical readiness, commercial readiness, clinical evidence, and reimbursement pathways.
Proven ability to lead, influence and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross-functional team environment.
Requires knowledge of global product portfolios, clinical affairs, market access, health economics, and business management.
Experience in global market introductions, clinical evidence collection and commercial roll outs.
Nice to have skills:
Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and oversee multiple projects at once.
Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful with the ability to deal with conflict and drive to solution.
Medical device experience preferred
Certification in project management (PMP) desired.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, set actionable goals and drive metrics and execution.
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously; must work well under pressure, be flexible, and meet deadlines.
Energetic and balanced person with a drive for results, who feels accountable, has a great attitude, and is a team-player; self-starter with high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow through.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. The target compensation ranges are listed.
Base Compensation Range Region 1:
$167,400 USD - $241,000 USD Base Compensation Range Region 2:
$142,400 USD - $204,800 USD Shift:

Set Schedule - This job will be onsite weekly, the percentage of onsite work will be defined by the leader.
