About the Role As the Manager, Account Specialist, you will lead a team responsible for driving renewals and commercial execution across a portfolio of customers. This role combines leadership, operational excellence, and strategic oversight to ensure retention, accurate forecasting, and incremental growth through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. You’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal to deliver a seamless renewal experience and maintain commercial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of Account Specialists, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development.

Operational Excellence: Oversee end‑to‑end renewal processes, ensuring timely execution of quotes, contracts, and forecasting.

Commercial Strategy: Drive incremental revenue through low‑complexity upsell and cross‑sell opportunities; support pricing and negotiation strategies.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Align with CSMs, Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure renewal timing and commercial terms support customer value realization.

Data & Forecasting: Maintain visibility into renewal performance, pipeline health, and commercial metrics; ensure CRM accuracy and reporting integrity.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement scalable processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Success Metrics

Renewal & Retention: Percentage of contracts successfully renewed and customers retained.

Revenue Growth: Upsell and cross‑sell revenue generated through renewal activities.

Forecast Accuracy: Reliability of renewal and commercial forecasts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years in account management, renewals, or commercial operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments.

Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms).

Advanced English proficiency both written and oral. Candidates will be tested before setting up an interview.

Compensation & Benefits For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $146,300 – $271,700. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
