Weekend Lead Refrigerated Warehouse Cleaner – Tully, NY Pay range: $22.00/hr – $28.00/hr Job Description
The Lead Cleaner instructs, advises and demonstrates work methods, practices and procedures for completing job assignments and assists in training the site Cleaners. Must be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment and able to work with a riding tugger cart. Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to team members Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management Report performance issues to the Supervisor Assist with the training of cleaning team Coordinate work assignments Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building Manage security of keys and access cards for the property Report work orders for maintenance Ensure premises are secured at all times Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with Manager Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly Complete order forms accurately Coordinate equipment usage and inventories Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older No experience required; on-the-job training provided No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required Preferred Qualifications:
Customer service experience One (1) year of similar work experience Benefits
