EECU is seeking a Bilingual Financial Center Consultant I (Teller) to bring energy, enthusiasm, and top-notch service to our members, support teller transactions, and guide members toward the right products and services to support their financial goals. Responsibilities

Welcome members and provide friendly, high‑quality service. Perform teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, etc.) and solve operational issues as needed. Connect members with appropriate products and solutions to support their financial goals. Support marketing initiatives within the branch and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment. Maintain lobby coverage by greeting members, answering calls, and directing members to the appropriate staff. Represent EECU professionally, building long-term relationships with members. Qualifications

One to two years of experience in a retail or financial environment with a focus on delivering excellent member/service experiences and building rapport. Cash handling experience with the ability to balance accurately. Strong communication skills for interactions with members. High level of ownership, accountability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks. Good listening skills, problem solving ability, and empathetic approach. Relevant computer skills, solid math and written communication abilities. High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual required – able to read, write, and speak Spanish. Availability during hours: 8:00am–6:15pm Monday–Friday, and 8:45am–1:15pm Saturdays. Additional Information
