Yardi is looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to lead full sales cycles—from lead generation to closing deals—with a focus on delivering value to clients. What You’ll Do Sell Yardi solutions and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
Execute full sales cycles—from lead generation and discovery to closing—while consistently meeting individual and annual sales goals.
Participate in industry events, prepare performance reports, and continuously grow your knowledge of Yardi products and market trends.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Three plus (3+) years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry
Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles, including lead generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and positioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure
Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage prospect and client activity
Goal oriented and self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to build relationships and interface with decision makers at mid-sized companies
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
Ability to understand and demonstrate technical products
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High responsiveness with client-centered commitment and focus
Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ideal to Have
Yardi domain experience
Industry experience in property management
Knowledge of accounting principles
