Job Summary
We are hiring Replenishers to join our Inventory Control team. This role ensures pick bins are accurately refilled, organized, and maintained to keep warehouse operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate can safely handle physical demands, operate scanners and warehouse equipment, solve problems with attention to detail, and communicate effectively. Forklift experience, especially with a reach truck, is preferred. We are looking for team players who are hungry, humble, and smart.

We only accept W-2 candidates, H-1B sponsorship is not available. Responsibilities Complete a minimum of 5 replenishments per hour Have a clean as you go mentality, removing trash and empty skids from bins Communicate inventory discrepancies with respective inventory team members Maintain performance, safety, and cultural expectations Report any damages to product seen in bins Report any forklift incidents Be respectful to lift traffic in warehouse and communicate direction Operate the stand-up reach truck Other duties as assigned by team lead outside area of responsibility Physical Requirements Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day. Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching. Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs. Qualifications Experience
1 year+ of relevant experience in a distribution environment preferred but not required Education
