Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (2–5 years) to join our Automation & AI Advisory team. In this client-facing role, you will help organizations assess business processes, identify opportunities for automation and AI, and build strategic roadmaps that connect business outcomes to technology solutions. You’ll lead discovery workshops, build business cases, and translate client objectives into actionable implementation plans.
Key Responsibilities
Process & Opportunity Assessment:
Evaluate client processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and map AS-IS / TO-BE workflows.
Client Advisory & Roadmapping:
Develop strategic recommendations, ROI models, and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
Facilitation & Documentation:
Lead client workshops, capture requirements, and prepare structured documentation to guide delivery teams.
Solution Alignment:
Define business and functional requirements across automation and AI technologies (e.g., RPA, intelligent workflows, agentic AI).
Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the key interface between business and technical teams, communicating insights across all levels.
Delivery Partnership:
Support delivery teams during solution implementation, ensuring outcomes meet business and technical expectations.
Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years in business analysis, process evaluation, or consulting.
Experience identifying and assessing opportunities for automation or AI.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to create ROI models, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism) and emerging AI technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications (e.g., BABOK, Lean Six Sigma, UiPath Business Analyst, or AI/Automation-related credentials).
Experience across multiple automation or AI platforms.
