Financial Analyst – Paramount Pictures Join as a Financial Analyst at Paramount Pictures. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the FP&A function, working closely with business units and senior leadership to deliver accurate financial insights.

Overview and Responsibilities This Corporate FP&A position supports the preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly financial deliverables for Paramount C‑Level executives and our Corporate Parent.

Support planning activities for Filmed Entertainment, including coordination with Business Units to prepare the Long Range Plan, annual Budget, forecast updates, and various ad‑hoc analyses.

Maintain financial models to forecast revenues and costs on a film‑by‑film basis.

Prepare summaries of actual and forecast results for review by senior management.

Conduct sensitivity analyses to estimate the impact of risks and opportunities on forecast results.

Play a key role in preparing Paramount’s annual Budget financial presentation materials to Corporate Parent.

Liaise with Business Unit Finance, Accounting and C‑Level Executives in support of the Corporate Planning process.

Assist in preparing any ad‑hoc materials as requested by the parent company or internal management.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

2–3 + years of relevant experience in a financial planning environment.

Additional Qualifications

Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; understanding of financial statements.

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Working knowledge of Hyperion and Essbase preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to interface with professionals at all levels.

Good organizational and time‑management skills.

Team player, able to operate in a cross‑functional environment.

Entertainment or media industry experience strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits Hiring salary range: $70,000 – $80,000 (varies by geography). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance, disability benefits, tuition assistance, PTO and other standard benefits.
