At Premier Sarasota Homes, we connect people to their dream homes across Sarasota, Siesta Key, and Lakewood Ranch. We’re seeking an

Inside Sales Agent (ISA)

to engage warm real estate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments that drive our business forward.

Compensation & Schedule

$22 - $28/hr base + up to $100 per appointment met + quarterly $1,000 bonus opportunities. Our part-time ISAs make $3,000+ monthly.

Part-time (20 hours per week) with flexible weekday and weekend shifts (4-6 hour blocks, morning or evening).

Option to swap shifts and adjust schedule weekly

Responsibilities

Convert Sarasota-area inbound/outbound inquiries, return website visits, and new lead sign-ups within

5 minutes

via phone/text/email;

set kept appointments

for buyer/seller sessions.

Log every touchpoint in our

Great Agent CRM ; tag

interests, timeline, motivation,

and keep data clean for seamless agent handoffs.

Qualify

with LP MAMA/ALM (Location, Price, Motivation, Timeline, Financing); confirm

DNC/TCPA

and

Florida two-party consent

before live calls.

Nurture pipeline and past leads across

Sarasota/Manatee

(Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, Venice) with targeted call/text/email campaigns and turn those leads into

qualified real estate leads.

Hit weekly scorecard goals ( dials, convos, set/kept appts ) and deliver

Great Agent sales

performance reports; align to monthly/quarterly targets.

Qualifications

Over 1 year of experience converting internet leads to closed deals.

Proven fluency in the Sarasota real estate market (Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, Venice) - demonstrated through prior local real estate/inside-sales work, community involvement, or equivalent on-the-ground experience.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation $28 - $32 hourly
