Manage an assigned caseload of disability claims for Short Term/Long Term Disability Communicate with claimants, employers, and medical professionals to gather information regarding eligibility and benefit authorization Apply contractual provisions and case management resources to ensure accurate eligibility requirements and liability decisions Provide superior customer service by rendering timely benefit determinations and addressing inquiries Analyze claims activity and prepare reports for clients and management as needed Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience required Minimum of 2 years of experience in STD/LTD claims adjudication Knowledge of ERISA regulations, required offsets, and Social Security procedures Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word, and web-based systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications
