Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in related area strongly preferred. Minimum one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience at discretion of RVP/ROD. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment. Current CPR certification required (or to be obtained within 60 days of hire or position change). Collaboration essential; work with clinical and financial teams daily to produce results aligned with business needs.
