Digital Marketplace Coordinator

Responsibilities
Own and drive performance of a portfolio of products across all Exxel Outdoors brands.
Deploy content and creative assets to the Exxel Outdoors marketplaces, including Walmart, eBay, and Amazon.
Deploy marketing campaign tactics, monitor the financial health of the business, assist in customer service and inventory management, and develop plans for growth.
Analyze SKU‑level data (sales, conversion rate, page views, clicks, etc.) to determine why certain products are trending up or down, articulate observations, and propose strategies to improve listing quality scores.
Create new content requests and improve digital product merchandising.
Monitor item page quality metrics, optimize keywords on front and back ends, and stay up‑to‑date on market trends and marketplace policies.
Implement pricing changes, monitor inventory, and communicate with customer service teams about marketplace issues.
Review account metrics daily, create weekly snapshot reports for Walmart & eBay, and provide monthly deep‑dive reporting to senior leadership.
Collaborate on forecasting sales and inventory needs, proactively catch and prevent issues across all marketplaces, and coordinate with DTC eCommerce and marketing teams.
Meet or exceed sales targets through site merchandising, promotional tactics, user experience, product presentation, and overall content management.
Maintain best‑practice item setup for Walmart, Amazon, and eBay.
Manage marketplace replenishment inventory for our Walmart and eBay assortment.
Assist with new item setups across Walmart, Amazon, and eBay.
Deliver informal speeches and reports before internal and external audiences.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1+ year of e‑commerce experience, preferably Amazon or Walmart experience.
Ability to dig through data, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organization, and impeccable attention to detail.
Highly analytical self‑starter who can manage multiple projects and solve complex problems without a lot of oversight.
BS degree in marketing or a related field.
Strong analytical proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage users throughout the purchase funnel.
Positive attitude, reliability, transparency, and a passion for working with diverse teams.
Up‑to‑date with best practices in eCommerce, online marketing, and marketplace systems.
Demonstrated ability to generate creative ideas and think outside the box.
Experience optimizing marketplace landing pages is helpful.
Experience in the outdoor industry or a passion for outdoor recreation is a major plus.

Salary range for the Digital Marketplace Coordinator position is $55,000 – $62,000 annually based on education and prior experience.
