Trillium Drivers is seeking Class A CDL Drivers in the Louisville, KY area for dedicated routes.

This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for steady work with a well-established company.

Position Details: -Route Type: Dedicated team routes (you’ll be paired with another driver) -Schedule: Start times and workdays vary. Dispatch window between 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM. -Most routes depart between 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM - 2:00 AM. -Route Length: 14-24 hours. Drivers will be home for their required 10-hour reset. -Deliveries: Food, dry goods, and general merchandise to grocery stores. -Service Area: As far east as West Virginia, south to Tennessee, west to Indiana, and north to Ohio. -Equipment: Sleeper berth tractors (all automatics). -Stops: 12-22 stops per route on average. -Unloading: Use of hand carts provided (max weight 60 lbs). Assistance available at delivery locations.

Compensation: -Paid per stop: $7.21 for solo stops / $5.40 for team stops. -Average route pay: $500 per route (lowest route averages $300). -Weekly pay is based on mileage, weight, number of stops, and additional factors.

Requirements: -Valid Class A CDL license. -Flexibility with start times and overnight schedules. -Ability to safely operate automatic sleeper berth tractors. -Ability to lift up to 60 lbs with hand cart assistance. -Previous experience delivering to grocery stores a plus, but not required.
