Overview
Senior Analyst - Consumer Insights & Market Research We are seeking a data-driven storyteller to join Flora Food Group’s Consumer Insights team as a Senior Analyst, Consumer and Marketing Analytics. In this role, you’ll harness consumer, market, and campaign data to uncover insights that fuel brand growth, optimize marketing spend, and elevate shopper engagement. Location & Compensation
Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days a week in-office, with shuttle support for NYC-based employees Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 Base Salary plus Bonus Key Responsibilities
Analyze consumer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends to guide marketing strategy and execution. Build dashboards and reports that track brand health, media ROI, and promotional effectiveness across channels. Partner with brand and shopper marketing teams to design experiments (A/B tests, lift studies) and measure impact. Develop predictive models to forecast demand, segment audiences, and personalize messaging. Access, analyze and integrate data from syndicated sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Circana) with internal sales and CRM data to create holistic views of performance. Translate quantitative data into PowerPoint presentations with storytelling, clarity and impact. Present insights and recommendations, explaining the rationale behind performance results. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within CPG. Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker). Experience with statistical modeling and marketing mix analysis (MMM, attribution, regression). Experience with syndicated data platforms (Nielsen, IRI, etc.) and digital marketing metrics (CTR, ROAS, conversion). Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders. Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) and marketing automation tools is a plus. Note:
