The purpose of the Marketing Coordinator is to promote the organization’s mission, services, and events through creative digital and community‑based marketing. This role combines hands‑on content creation with strategic outreach to increase visibility, engagement, and growth. The role supports staff recruitment and retention of qualified professionals and promotes the agency’s reputation, community involvement, and client access to care.
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and maintain consistent, routine postings that engage the community. Create creative content—including photos, videos, flyers, and stories—for social platforms.
Maintain the organization’s website by updating news, events, and program information.
Create and send monthly newsletters or email campaigns using agency‑designated tools/software platforms.
Track and report analytics to measure marketing reach and engagement.
Plan and promote community events, fundraisers, and special initiatives.
Basic Requirements:
Ability to perform tasks on the computer, including Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, and other basic programs.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance coverage, and reliable transportation.
Pass a criminal background check and other regulatory checks.
Provide proof of education.
Education and Experience Required:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media management.
Strong writing, design, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, SurveyMonkey, Microsoft platform, and Google Workspace.
Positive attitude and passion for community impact or brand growth.
Creative idea generation for brand promotion.
Experience with photography or short‑form video content (Reels, TikTok).
Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, or paid social media campaigns.
Basic graphic design or web‑editing experience.
