Clutch Creative is a rapidly growing staffing agency. We support our clients by identifying unreachable talent that helps their businesses grow.
Our candidates work with us because they know we have the best opportunities available to them and will help them navigate their next career move.
We care, we're honest, and we hustle—that's what makes us Clutch.
Clutch is looking for experienced Experiential Producers for a global creative marketing agency client of ours. This elite agency is dedicated to building the future of brand experience through immersive storytelling and high-impact creative media for the world's most innovative brands.
This role is responsible for leading all production aspects of high-impact experiential events, brand activations, and immersive installations from concept development through flawless execution.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Production Management: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for experiential activations, including product launches, pop-ups, conferences, and high-profile brand moments.
Budget & Finance Control: Develop, own, and maintain detailed project budgets, ranging from pitching/RFP phases through post-event reconciliation, ensuring financial profitability and value for the client.
Creative Translation: Collaborate closely with the Creative and Strategy teams to thoroughly vet concepts for feasibility, translating bold creative ideas into comprehensive, actionable production plans, schedules, and deliverables.
Vendor Sourcing & Management: Source, vet, negotiate contracts with, and manage all external vendors, fabricators, venues, and specialized contractors to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Logistics & Compliance: Oversee complex event logistics, including transportation plans, staffing, permitting (city, fire, health & safety), technical production (AV, lighting, staging), and on-site build-out/load-out schedules.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key client contact for all production-related matters, managing expectations and proactively providing strategic production insights and problem-solving solutions.
On-Site Leadership: Act as the primary lead during installation and execution, directing on-site crews and teams, managing real-time issues, and ensuring the seamless, high-quality execution of the event vision.
Documentation: Develop and maintain critical production documents, including detailed production schedules, run-of-show (ROS), staffing plans, cue sheets, and post-event recap reports.
Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in event production or experiential marketing, preferably within a creative agency environment.
Portfolio: Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and executing small to large-scale, complex B2C and/or B2B brand activations.
Skills: Expertise in budget development and reconciliation, vendor contract negotiation, technical production elements, and on-site logistics.
Software Proficiency: Fluent in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and experienced with project management software (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet).
Competencies: Must be highly organized, self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and able to think quickly and calmly under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Travel: Ability and willingness to travel frequently to project locations and be available for occasional evenings and weekends for on-site execution.
