Provide individual and group counseling services; direct service hours at regularly scheduled intervals; coordinate all services throughout treatment Ensure efficient and effective delivery of counseling services to all patients Conduct initial assessments and evaluation interviews for service eligibility determination Facilitate, establish and review the initial treatment plan with each patient Complete bio-psychosocial assessments Develop aftercare plans and discharge plans Other related duties as determined by supervisor Qualifications

Must be licensed in Louisiana as a RAC, CAC, LAC, or mS working towards one of these qualifications Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals is a plus Must demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population Ability to collaborate with compassionate and knowledgeable counseling team members Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen Benefits
