Job Description
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Trucordia, you will assist clients and help them understand and determine their individual commercial line service needs. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will perform many diverse responsibilities which ultimately help us succeed in providing extraordinary customer service to our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage client and carrier communications via the CommService email inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Handle end-to-end policy setup and maintenance in AMS360, including creating customer profiles, setting up applications, and transitioning applications into policies.
Process policy-related transactions, such as invoicing, payment application (standard and non-standard markets), finance agreement setup, and submitting policy changes.
Oversee renewal and audit processes, including notifying clients, collecting updated information, quoting/requoting, and managing cross-sell opportunities.
Manage certificates of insurance, including setup, holder list management, edits, and distribution in line with policy requirements and client needs.
Support quoting and underwriting, including gathering business information, submitting to carriers, and coordinating responses to underwriter requests.
Utilize AMS360 and carrier websites for activity tracking, setting follow-ups, pulling loss runs, and sending/managing documents via DocuSign.
Qualifications:
Experience working with AMS360 and a solid understanding of commercial insurance lines.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in client servicing and communication, both written and verbal, with a focus on responsiveness.
Demonstrated ability to quote policies, understand carrier appetites, and manage renewal processes.
Working knowledge of certificate issuance and management, including meeting contract requirements.
Familiarity with commercial insurance billing, including setting up invoices, taking payments, and managing finance agreements.
Proficient with DocuSign, and carrier portals, with the ability to coordinate electronic signatures and document workflows.

Compensation: ($50,000-$70,000) — final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
