Estimated Annual Earnings: $109,000.00 – $250,000.00.

Schedule: Must have open availability, including Saturdays.

Sales Department Hours: Mon‑Thurs 8:30 am‑7 pm, Fri 8:30 am‑6 pm & Sat 8:30 am‑6 pm.

Responsibilities

Ensure sales goals are attained

Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff

Ensure salespeople engage with customers

Address and resolve customer concerns

Qualifications

Previous automotive sales management experience a plus

Must have a proven track record with exceptional CSI

Strong communication and customer engagement skills

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Est. Annual Earnings range from $109,000.00 - $250,000.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) off: Department Net Bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, Flat Rate Hours.
