About the Role The Manager, Account Management is a strategic partner providing pre- and post-sale support of Spectrum Reach’s National Advanced TV Sales Team. This key team member is integral to ensuring advertisers and agencies have a positive customer experience, and help generate Spectrum Reach programmatic revenue growth. The position supports accounts and monitors deals with both consultative and technical approaches to ensure revenue consistency and growth.

Core Responsibilities

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Proficient in our product offerings and understand client objectives and KPIs to translate into effective and successful Programmatic deals.

Client servicing lead, engaging with clients directly and providing regular meetings or email communication to highlight deal performance trends (e.g., clearing CPMs), pacing, optimization recommendations, and gathering feedback to improve future deal setup.

Manage client relationships and act as point of contact for any client questions.

Deal activation lead, ensuring new deals are activated in a timely manner, communicating internally to work through processes and ensure SLAs are met, and updating clients when deals are live or status changes.

Troubleshooting quarterback of deals with clients; serve as the first line of communication for issues accessing a new deal, and troubleshoot with internal teams (e.g., AdOps, product) to resolution.

QBR client recaps, partner with internal team to pull together materials and insights for sales to present to clients.

Collaborate with Sales to manage pipeline, stakeholder mapping, cultivate new relationships, and drive deal flow.

Stay ahead of marketplace trends relating to programmatic and CTV.

Qualifications

Knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, and how CTV is bought and sold.

Experience with both PMP and PG deal types.

In-depth knowledge of programmatic terms and calculations.

Experience with Salesforce, SSP Platforms (Magnite, Freewheel), and other advertising software or technology.

Experience supporting programmatic deals (specifically streaming/CTV), working with DSPs and SSPs, Yield and ad‑ops collaboration, a strategic and analytical perspective, and client‑facing experience.

Familiarity with and experience in programmatic; understanding of deal IDs, metrics, and optimization strategies.

Customer focused to ensure excellent client experience and service pre, during, and post.

Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills in a fast paced sales environment.

Collaborative mindset, ready to work with multiple cross‑functional departments.

Effective problem solving with expertise in finding solutions with the help of others.

High level proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as other data and analytics software.

Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communications with overarching skill to translate data, information, and research into compelling points of view.

Familiarity with writing rationales and/or agency POVs ("point of views").

Analytical mindset that identifies solutions based on data.

Understanding of the convergence of entertainment, technology, and data that fuels new opportunities for Spectrum Reach, advertisers, and Madison Avenue.

Comfortable with entrepreneurial speed and "pinch hitting" for different roles as the organization builds.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Ad Sales environment background in sales support, account planning or operations - 3+ years, Programmatic Experience 2+ years.

Benefits & Compensation The base pay for this position generally is between $100,000.00 and $120,000.00. Additional forms of incentive based compensation such as bonuses may be available.
