Full Time - Sales Associate - Windows & Walls - Day at Lowe's Companies, Inc. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to help customers with home improvement needs. Your Day at Lowe's
You will welcome customers, help them find the right products and services, interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating and selecting products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. Daily responsibilities may vary by department. Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service. Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise. Stock merchandise by identifying empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies. Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time. Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service. Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds). Guide customers through shopping or checkout. Complete other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information. 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets. Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction). Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties. Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without an accommodation. Preferred Qualifications
6 months of retail and/or customer service experience. Bi-lingual skills. Certification in a trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, lumber/building materials). Benefits and Support
