Position Overview We are looking for a talented and motivated UX Staff Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user experience design, a proven ability to execute across the full UX lifecycle, and proficiency in all industry-standard UX tools. As a UX Staff Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the design and development of user-centered digital products, from concept through implementation. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual mockups using industry-standard tools. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure cohesive and feasible solutions. Apply user-centered design methodologies and best practices throughout the design process. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed. Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and are inclusive for all users. Stay up-to-date with UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies. Required Qualifications

3-5 years of professional experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects and outcomes. Proficiency in industry-standard UX tools, such as:

Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Miro, Axure, or similar.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture. Experience designing for web and mobile platforms. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in Agile or cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Preferred Qualifications

Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG). Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS). Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to inform design decisions.
