The Sales and Service Representative is responsible for processing transactions and other customer service requests in the branch. They facilitate customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools, and resources, and support the sales efforts by identifying and referring opportunities to the appropriate partner.

Responsibilities
Engage customers in conversation to understand their banking needs and preferences
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Assist with account servicing needs
Facilitate customer awareness and education of bank services, including digital banking capabilities
Introduce customers to other branch team members or bank partners who can provide solutions for their financial needs
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED and 6 months of customer service experience. Preferred experience in sales. Skills include financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products and services.
