The global Information Technology (IT) Function is leading efforts to align IT and Business Strategy, leverage IT investments, and optimize end to end business processes and associated information integration technologies. Through these efforts, IT helps to improve the competitive position of Corning's businesses through IT enabled processes. IT also delivers Information Technology applications, infrastructure, and project services in a cost efficient manner to Corning worldwide.

Role Purpose Corning employees will be impacted greatly with new capabilities with changes to our ERP system. This position will manage the Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for an ERP transformation project at a division and/or location.

Responsibilities

Create an overall Transformation Change Schedule for the project that incorporates communication, change management and training activities.

Ensure a cohesive OCM strategy integrated with the wider program and project needs.

Design, develop and execute planned OCM activities, enlisting program and project Subject Matter experts as needed.

Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with changes that impact employees.

Lead and implement change management activities for the ERP SAP/S4 Hana deployments while driving adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in alignment with change management methodologies.

Integrate change management activities into project plans.

Follow the Transformation Process Map (TPM) and create actionable deliverables for the three key change management levers: Organizational Change Management, Communications and training.

Identify and manage stakeholders and sponsors for the deployment, assessing change impact.

Conduct OCM focused workshops such as pre-sessions, early engagement activities.

Support and engage senior leaders in the change effort.

Track and report change management adoption and successes.

Experiences / Education – Required

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum of 5 years of experience related to developing and successfully delivering change management work driven by an ERP implementation.

SAP S4/Hana or PS functional knowledge.

Experience standing up OCM communications, training and change management activities for an ERP implementation with knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.

PowerPoint and Excel intermediate to advanced skills.

Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous or ad‑hoc situations.

Experience working as a team player and working collaboratively with and through others.

Experience influencing others and moving them toward a common vision or goal.

Experiences / Education – Desired

Highly self‑directed, organized, energetic, flexible and creative organizational change professional.

Change management certification or designation desired such as Prosci Certification.

Solid understanding of how people move through change and the change process; experience with Prosci Process and ADKAR is a plus.

Content creation using Enable Now, Adobe Suite or Intarsia.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent active listening and engagement skills.

Salary range: $116,946.00 – $160,802.00 (full‑time).
