What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead technical strategy and execution for cross-platform integration, SDKs, runtimes, and delivery APIs
Build strong partnerships across engineering and brand teams to align roadmaps and drive platform adoption
Own observability and reliability for integrations, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance
Mentor and develop a team of engineers to drive technical excellence and foster a collaborative culture
Partner with product and design teams to define and deliver impactful features for creators
What is Required (Qualifications):
7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in an engineering management role
Experience building cross-platform client libraries across web, mobile, and embedded environments
Expertise in software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, and performance profiling in complex systems
Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead technical discussions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Proficiency in modern C++, Java, Kotlin, or TypeScript/JavaScript, with experience building SDKs or runtimes
Experience with 3D engines or frameworks (Unreal, Unity, WebGL, Three.js, Babylon.js, OpenUSD)
Understanding of graphics pipelines, including materials, shaders, and asset streaming
Proficiency in API design and integration (REST, GraphQL, or gRPC)
Strong knowledge of algorithm design and optimization techniques for high-performance rendering
